- School Garden Projects
School Garden Projects
Organics Out Back is committed to giving back to the community, and helping educate future generations on organic gardening. One way we do this is by donating multiple school gardens each year. By working in partnership with The Ecology Center we are also able to educate future generations on the importance of organic gardening for our environment and the benefits of eating a healthy organic diet. The Ecology Center offers gardening education for the children, and helps instruct the school on proper maintenance and care of the gardens. If you would like to see a garden in your child’s school, or a local school, Organics Out Back will donate their expertise and time. You and/or the school can partner with Organics Out Back and The Ecology Center and provide the materials. Many of the parents of the schools we have worked with volunteer to participate in the installation and ongoing care of the gardens. Parents have shared with us that introducing their children to gardens has actually encouraged them eat foods that they previously avoided. The students love eating what they have grown.Contact Us
- Partnership Opportunities
Organics Out Back has a deep appreciation for creating relationships within the community. We know the importance of working together as a team, and we love to find like minded companies and organizations to team up with that can help us achieve common goals.
We are in partnership with a local non-profit, The Ecology Center (TEC).
“The Ecology Center, in San Juan Capistrano, is a non-profit educational center, that engages individuals, families, and students in fun, hands-on activities that teach practical, environmental solutions at the household and community level. The Ecology Center seeks to bring all members of the community together in a solutions-based educational setting to inspire and create a healthy and abundant future for all of Southern California.” -TEC website
Organics Out Back works hand in hand with TEC to implement change one garden at a time.
We offer TEC memberships to our garden clients and encourage everyone to go checkout what TEC has to offer.

Organics Out Back offers high-end residential landscape design and construction services, and we don't stop there. What makes Organics Out back different from other local landscape companies is that in addition to full landscape, we also offer and specialize in edible landscapes and organic garden beds. We are a local family run company, committed to offering quality work, and outstanding customer service.
Organics Out back is licensed, bonded, and insured!
Organics Out Back started in 2008, with Chris’ dream. Chris wanted to share his love of organic gardening with others, and have a career he was passionate about. He wanted to incorporate edible landscape and organic gardening into his landscape construction. His goal was to encourage people to grow their own food so they can avoid eating harmful chemicals. Chris started small, through word of mouth his good reputation and contagious passion for what he does spread. The majority of Organics Out Back’s business comes from client referrals and word of mouth.
We are a family run business and we are good at what we do. As a result of this at times we are very busy (which in the business world is a “good” challenge to have,) resulting in having to schedule clients a few weeks out in order for us to maintain the consistency, integrity, and quality of our current jobs and work. We are committed to doing the best job we can, and we love seeing our clients happy, loving their home and garden. We believe in paying attention to details and doing things the right way, the first time. We are unwilling to compromise the integrity of our work, even if it takes more time to do the job correctly. Be patient, and we promise you will be happy with the end result.
